We're a consultant-based, professional training and health education agency that customizes our service delivery approach to align with customer's needs. Through a health and wellness approach to mind, body, and spiritual cultivation, we offer an alternative option to the medical model approach.
We believe that pharmaceutical drugs, prescription medication, and over-the-counter remedies help some individuals cope with personal challenges, but there's no "one size fits all" solution to natural healing. The human body is a unique “partner” on this earth. The body has an innate capacity to protect and heal itself from any daily stressors, bodily imbalances, diseases, bacterias, or foreign pathogens.
We view “Inner-Healing” work as the primary foundation for "Optimal Health and Wellness". We serve individuals, small and large groups, public, private, city, state agencies, education (elementary, middle, high schools), and college institutions.
Our services are “Holistic” and embedded in current medical science research and ancient and indigenous practices. We're not a medical institution, nor do we provide medical advice or treatment to physical ailments, pre-existing conditions, or bodily complications. However, we offer health education services, life coaching strategies, professional and personal development training, and cultural centered workshops.
Our logo, "NYANSAPO," the "Wisdom Knot," is an ancient African Adinkra symbol of ingenuity, intelligence, and patience. The meaning of this symbol conveys that a wise person has the innate capacities to choose the best means to attain a healthy life.
Our work is grounded in a “Heart-Centered” philosophy that will engage clients in a transformative and self-directed learning experience. Our primary goal is to bring healing, balance, wholeness, and conscious awareness of self, earth, and the universe into "One Circle."
